Life is like a shower,
That cleans us as we live.
You need to do it often,
For the benefits it gives.
Our sins are much like grime,
That accumulates and hardens.
They make a dirty cover-up,
Of all our bags and burdens.
A lot of scrubbing is required,
Many people to forgive.
Our hearts need frequent
cleaning,
For a purer life to live.
When you ignore the dirt too
long,
It gets harder to remove.
Much like your bathroom shower,
This lesson clearly proves.
Our lives need regular inspection,
To clean our thoughts and minds,
For every sin that’s not
forgiven,
Will leave your life in binds.
Don’t allow the steam of doubt,
To mask your future view.
For living with that focus,
Will leave you with mildew.
Some lives need much scrubbing,
Others just a wipe,
But when you clean it often,
